How to Manage Your Team With the Grow@ Manager App

Grow@ is not just a candidate searching app, you can also use the app to allocate extra hours to your existing team members who may be seeking additional work.


Step One:

In the ‘my team’ screen, you can see everyone who works for your company and has signed up to the Grow@ Workers App.



Step Two:

Here, you can select to ‘favourite’ these staff members, this will put them into ‘My Team’ and they will always appear first if they are available for jobs you’re searching for.




Step Three:

The more team members you encourage to download the app, the better your staff management will be.



Step Four:

You’ll be able to see when your staff are available for extra work, that you may not have known otherwise.
